Shaping Cassette enables automated shaping of up to 34 diamond workpieces (natural or man-made HPHT or CVD diamonds).

The individual shaping cuts can either be planned directly on the Bettonville Diamond Cutting Laser Machines or off-line on the Bettonville PrepView Station to be then transferred via LAN to the Bettonville Diamond Cutting Laser Machines for the automatic execution.

Shaping Cassette is indispensable for coring process in the CVD diamond manufacturing domain and for girdle cutting of any shape in the gem-diamond industry.
